New Merchandise:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In such case, a full refund of the amount paid (excluding processing fees) will be issued when the merchandise is returned.

Defective Merchandise:

For UV printed discs: Wear and tear on a golf disc and/or mini disc is inevitable in time, regardless of the printing process . If you feel like the printed art has worn prematurely, please contact me. I may request photos and/or video of the damaged item if we are unable to meet in person. The damaged item must be returned to me for inspection, and a store credit will be issued for the damaged item unless we agree on other solution.
